Like we’ve explained numerous times before, there is nothing to be fixed. We coded every line of code, we know exactly how it all works. Each hand has a new deck that is shuffled and dealt just like a real game of Blackjack. Not to mention that it would make absolutely no sense for us to “rig” a play-money game. This would work against us and our players, which clearly is not our goal. I’m sorry you’ve had a run of bad luck with Blackjack, but the way odds work out is that they’ll eventually even themselves out over a wide enough sample size. Thank you for the concern, it has been noted and there is no need to post the same issue again.
