I was asked to refresh after a number did not pay. First i wrote down what i had chip wise, the number that was not payed and the amount. It was #15 and i had 2k on 2 to 1 odds and 4k on black. I didn't get the round number and not worried about that small amount. Refreshed and it did not payout . Hope this helps to figure out the bug

It turns out that this was a visual bug that we fixed in a recent update. We were finally able to reproduce this issue and fix it. Thanks for all of the detailed reports!

Thank you James , I have not had anymore issues with roulette not paying out. As for the bouncy ball, this still happens on my end. The ball gets very small bounces and sometimes stops and goes in the opposite direction .When this happens the wheel shows one number and history shows another.

We still have been unable to duplicate this issue on our end, it seems to be very random. Does anyone that has had this issue happen to remember the table is full or has at least 3 players when the issue happens?

Just an update on this. We've determined that this is purely a visual bug. So when you don't get paid out, you actually didn't have a winning bet, it is just displaying the wrong winning number on the client. We are still trying to determine what is causing that to happen and will update you when we've made more progress.

It does not animate the chips nor did it added to my chip count. When i seen it was not added to my chip count i wrote down my total amount what i had and the amount i had on the table. I then refreshed and the amount that i should have won was not paid
