Allow keyboard to dismiss dealer rotation message
Allow pressing [Enter] or [Spacebar] to dismiss the dealer rotation message that pops up when playing blackjack or roullette. It's annoying to have to go back to the mouse when you're in a game that can otherwise be played entirely by keyboard.

Unfortunately, this would defeat one of the purposes of having the dealer message in the first place.
