This was a tricky one to reproduce, but we think we found the bug and squashed it.

This just started happening to me, I'd left the screen alone to read some forum posts and must have been about 20 minutes before I came back and started moving again. It seems to be moving the mouse while clicking that sets off the violent display movement for me. One refresh later and it's fine again. Odd

I think the minimap is the reason.
