Trash/Taxis Outside Casinos
I was just able to purchase land and was undecided about 2 lots.
One had a taxi outside and the other had trash on the sidewalk.

I've seen a suggestion here for a mission/job to clean up the trash.
Can we have the placement of the trash randomized?
It looks like crap on the sidewalk outside a casino.
Taxis
Born and raised in NY, I know what a sea of taxis looks like and it makes me sick to be honest.
This is however a casino town and taxis are our only means of travel.
I'm suggesting the ability to "purchase" taxis for the front of our casinos ( for the convenience of our patrons of course ☺)

Make litter picking a profitable enterprise, but require an ever increasing amount of litter clearing to be rewarded similar to leveling. Have the litter randomly reappear within a block in a similar way to the flying pig including the random moving on if not picked up within a time limit (or eventually all of it will be hidden behind buildings and out of sight)
Private taxis could be a time limited duration, cp purchase? Not something I'd pay for but some might. Might be worth having the yellow taxis move round the city too, say 3 per block staying 24hrs before moving on. Also when used they could move on to a new spot within the block.
