I've recently been thinking that before casinos go to auction due to foreclosures from being inactive, all exclusives should be vaulted for the owner of the casinos, and casinos should go up for auction as just the building + breakables.

There are a few reasons for this:
1) People losing things they spent real money on after just 6 months away seems wrong to me.

2) It has been too big an advantage for people with many chips available.

3) There are already a lot of people that don't actually bother building casinos at this point, but there are many that still do and like to do things like buy up blocks. Having a casino come to market in their "block" that has exclusives often prices some of these people out of being able to buy it.

4) There are many reasons that lead to people being gone 6 months, 8 months, a year etc... who do hope to or plan on coming back. Often when they come back and have lost the items they spent time collecting, or spent real money on, the chips are a bad consolation because while casinos and breakables appreciate very slowly, exclusives appreciate in value quite fast and they don't have a chance of buying them back. The game has been losing a lot of players for various reasons, and it doesn't seem to make sense to have this additional one.

5) It discourages people from participating in the main premise of this game of building out casinos because they want to keep fees low to be able to be competitive in bidding for exclusive filled casinos in order to turn a profit.

6) Appears to encourage rule breaking at times as a workaround for lower fees.

Also somewhat unrelated, but it'd be nice if like with Bank, people could auction off their casinos instead of listing them for direct sale -- since the infrastructure for RE auctions already exists. A lot of people struggle with pricing casinos, and ask for help in chat -- but often people replying have an incentive to provide a lower number for a chance to buy it cheap. It'd help these people out if they could just list it for auction when they're unsure of pricing and let the market dictate the value.
