Gifts or transferring items
I think there should be a way you can give other players gifts if you would like to, such as chips, cp's, slots, even tree's or flowers.

Transferring chips is being added in b215 (with limits and logs).

Valid point, so how about setting a min level required like 15, that took me a while to reach and then stipulate you can only gift to players less than half your level, and possibly a %(10%?) cap of current balance too, that should stop most abuse while allowing assistance to be given

Problem with this is , it can be abused by new accounts being made to transfer chips to existing ones
