2 bugs
Luke has disappeared. I can´t find him to finish the threaten the man 2 mission.
Blackjack: I sit down and play a hand. When the hand is finished, I leave the table. I then go back to the table and sit down. I already sit at the table and I bet. (I used bets of 50.) Cards are dealt, but I am booted from the table. (I hear the sound effect.) My bet has been deducted, Cards are dealt and disappear, the dealer still holds his two cards.
I have to sit again and can continue playing.

Concerning the disappeared Luke.
When I get the James mission (Threathen the man 1) I can see a flashing yellow circle, when I click on the mini map. Scrolling the large mini map I can find the flashing James.
But getting the mission Threathen the man 2, there is no flashing Luke. (His parents did raise him to be decent? ;-))

I had a similar BJ bug, I was playing and left the table to see how many more 21's I needed for the mission, checked and rejoined and had about 3 seconds to bet before running out of time. I don't think the betting clock stops counting when you leave (btw I was the only one playing)

I managed to find Luke myself. I was confused because I was not able to see the flashing yellow circle in the opened mini map.

The "Luke" character offers chip race 1 in zone 1B0. The three characters, Lane, James, and Luke will be offering series of story-based missions in the future and will hang around more notable locations. The three of them offer the three chip race missions around the city for the time being.
