Maybe the floor numbers could correspond to tiers of play. For example, the 1st floor could be the starting point with a low max bet for each game... then when a player reaches a certain $$ or exp. amount they would be invited to join the higher rollers on the higher floors. The last floor would be reserved only for the elite executive players with 100,000 bets...

Thanks for the idea! However, in the spirit of keeping this an open world, we don’t want to lock casinos into certain patterns since they are all owned by players who should be able to decide how their floors are setup on each level.
