Under Construction countdown
I'm not a patient man. I like to know exactly when I can start working on my new casino. A countdown timer would be nice. See attached - This might be a good place to display how long until a casino is no longer under construction.

Your editor now ignores the depths of everything else on the map, and shows at a higher layer so nothing blocks it.
We’ll likely make future changes to improve the user experience. Until then, your property will appear to sit on top of the rest of the world while you are making changes.

Construction actually does have a timer...unfortunately it's covered up by that giant office building.
Fading out other buildings while you are editing your property is something we've planned to do for a while. Since view of your casino is a little blocked...we can push up the priority on that change.
