Bosses, Civil war, and a few small touches.
Exocraft is great, but needs a few things in my opinion. I feel like we should be able to customize our controls. I want guns on my ship because thats cool. What if gems were a bit more common? I never have enough. There should be bosses. I mean, what am I working for? Am I just here to kill enemies and get more money? sounds a little boring. Even at the start of the game I feel like my in-game character should retire. I don't see the fun in fight grind build repeat without challenge, something to work towards, and the flow of adrenaline in epic addicting bossfights. Maybe make a campaign where you have to battle the regular enemies of course, but a few have evolved that you must destroy. There could be a military you join to start the campaign and/or maybe you could join player team vs player team battles. The reason you are battling other players? Civil war. Maybe if you finish the campaign, you get an achievment and a big reward. I feel like every 5 levels you could make it to a boss enemy in the campaign. An enemy that has lived for a long time and grown to a large size. On the last level, maybe you have to kill the mother enemy. There are other mother enemies across the planet, but the one you kill was causing the most damage.
