Slots bets and line play
people at level 5 have to reach level 10 to play more - I haven't reached level 10 yet and mine says I need to be at level 15 - this needs to be consistent, not arbitrary

It is behaving correctly, it was just saying the wrong level in the message. That will be fixed in b64.
