Lets test the city block expansion before the reset.
If everyone who can, buys a plot in 0C1 before the reset we can see how it goes. By my reckoning we need 6 more plots to be sold to make it happen.

Good call, I just bought the lots and found several small bugs. We'll have these fixed before the reset :)
