Penn, we've been very good about answering your emails and helping you out as soon as we can. You have our personal email addresses and sometimes send 5 to 10 emails a day.
We answer as many as we can as quickly as we can. We're doing everything we can to help out players during the beta, but we also have to go offline and try and fix bugs and write new code for the game. On many days James and I do spend several hours in game talking with players and hearing what they have to say about bugs and ideas.
As much as we wish it wasn't so, we are human. And we are unable to continue developing the product if we stay in the game for hours every day. That is why we have tools such as uservoice. We want to efficiently collect ideas and bugs and get straight to fixing the problem.
In the future, we will have a community management team and game moderators that will have the ability to help players in need. Unfortunately, that is not something we can do with beta quite yet.
We're doing everything we can to make sure your needs are met. And we plan to improve support in the future.
