[Exocraft] provide possibility to inspect state of equipped ship parts in the field
I'd like to inspect the state of my equipped ship parts when I'm out in the field. Right now, I can only guess based on its color and animation. Maybe have a new tab besides the 'C'-menu? Or a health bar when I'm hovering over the part with my mouse?

We prefer to show the state of the game intuitively through the game world itself rather than with stats and UI where possible. It's sort of a "show, don't tell" philosophy applied to games.
Hopefully you can estimate the state of your parts by how dark they are, and whether they are smoking or on fire. When your parts start to smoke, you should know it's time to head back to the trading post and repair.
Is there some specific reason you don't feel like this is enough?
