An Idea would create a loan shark NPC or real players could take on the role if they choose.

You would be able to take out a loan for 100,000 x (Level)- if your level 10. you could take a 1,000,000 Loan- with a fee and interest. Lets say- 20% Interest- 1% CP Downpayment of loan.- Once loan is repaid- You get 90% CP back.
If its player 2 player loan- Loan shark player gets 5% CP and 10% Interest back on the paid loan.
