Wall & floor purchases without REpurchase
I would like it if cps spent on walls & floor tiles, were like costumes bought, there to be used again...but just for that wall and floor. Id feel more comfortable in spending CPs for wall/floor designing, if i dont need to re-purchase it again.(again just for that wall and floor for tiles) Thank you.

It is currently setup so that you don't actually need to do a full re-purchase. If you replace a tile, the old tile will be sold with a depreciation value just like when items are sold, so you get some of the investment back.
