ca button
can we have a ca button that shows when a ca in on that we can press to send a message to a ca ?
also know most of us have the black chip maybe have like a pie chart showing who has been given one as sometimes when delete a post it will not happen unless 3 player click , this way we will know that someone has clicked and if we agree we can also click to get post deleted

The CA list button is something thats under consideration as we've already asked for it, but in the short term add us all as friends and use the friend app on the phone to see who's online , click the avatar, open the profile and start a pm chat
