Shootouts
It would be nice to have a new tab under crew menu to have a mini-type battle 1 on 1 (Shootout), where players can post a bet amount for chips/cp. Then other players can accept the challenge. This would allow non-crew players/ members of crews which don't battle to have some fun at their leisure. Make it so a shootout will not be too time consuming and alleviate some of the one-sided battles which is a current issue.
Once a challenge has been initiated, both players then have a short time frame to post a score [ideally heads up between 2 online players]. Attempts to get a score should be limited, [eg. limit slot spins to 250, roulette 50 spins, BJ 50 hands, solitare 10 decks, Poker 25 hands (remove min 4players), 5 daily spinners.] to prevent scores being amassed from repetitive slots/daily spinners.

thats a good idea, would be great. We can play 1-1 game. at times in crew battle all the players are not playing. the team with most active player wins. that seems to be un-fair at times. Even if a person works real hard still he is not able to catch up.
but in 1-1 battle that problem will be solved.

Sounds okay as long as individual are not penalized for declining. This would also relieve some of the burden on crews that have many casual players

Just like batttles but 1v1 challenges can have as many as you want, and challenge individual players just like you would a crew battle and last 24 hrs, almost like a extra extended sprint mission.
Just an idea anything similar would be nice if in some way you did not have to wait till battle or war to see how your score will go up against another players.
