Empty the empty scratchers...
It's pretty obvious from talking to people that nobody is really that fond of the empty scratchers, so maybe it would be better to have a minimum amount instead of just loads of empty ones? That way, at least people could feel they were getting something back instead of nothing the majority of the time.

The cards have been specifically balanced to be fairly similar to real scratchers. Most real scratchers aren’t winners. It is no different from a spin on the slots that doesn’t win anything.
