game bug cheated me out of completed mission
i was playing the slot mission where you have to get 50k chips in slots before your 10 minutes runs out and right when i hit 50k chips with like one minute remaining it kicked it back to say i only aquired 39k chips

background is all black
for the past 2 days everything is all black, except buildings and taxis. I can also see people. when i go into buildings it looks fine, except my condo floor is all black also. My husband has same issue. We have restarted computers, refreshed game, restarted game, restarted modem and it is still happening
1 voteHave you tried clearing your browser cache? We found there might have been some corrupted files in certain locations and purged them, but you’d need to clear your own cache to get the updated files.

Graphics issue..I can see through the elevator door
when on the elevator, what you see are the floor numbers very very faint and you see through to the floors.

auction house
I beleive you would have less angry people if it was a silent auction hi bid takes it . been having issues with making a bid right at last second and timer adds 2 mins to auction timer which allowed someone to out bid me but will not allow another bid from me . thank you for your time it is well appreciated.
1 voteWhen you say it wouldn’t allow another bid from you what exactly do you mean? We have been unable to reproduce any issues with multiple bids near the end of an auction, so the more details on reproducible steps the better.

Allow "chop" and "straddle" in poker games
In poker games in many casinos, there are two additional that should be considered to be added:
Chop (cash game version ONLY): If everyone but the two blinds have folded, the blinds may agree to "chop", take back their blinds, and go to the next hand with the dealer button passing. Any called or raised bet eliminates the possibility to chop.
Chop (tournament version ONLY): If tournaments are going long and all remaining players agree, split the remaining prize pool evenly among the remaining players.
Straddle (cash game ONLY, not allowed in tournament play): Starting with the player "first to…

New Update - Cab and Map
It was difficult to see the address block - map is so large that you need to scroll to the bottom to find the address bar. The address bar is whit and blends in too much. Hard to see it. And you already know about the having to click on enter --

1 voteA search button has been added, but you shouldn’t ever have to scroll to see the search bar. The map stretches to fit the screen and then the search bar is placed in the bottom right corner of the screen. If that is not what you are seeing we’d really appreciate getting a screenshot.

really like the new features on the mini map...but would like to see them on the old map, not full screen...like being able to have the map open & still be able to walk around.

cant sell 2 casinos
i went to list 2 casinos i had more than 30 days it tells me on both cant sell for 30 days only been 29 well thats way wrong.......

entering taxi
with new update I sometimes enter location and it will not go-get a black screen and flashing light, or will be just a black screen - refresh works but takes a while

poker turny fail took a 1 mill from me
i signed up for the saturday showdown turny and i was sitting at the table for the first bets around and when it came around to me everybody folded the hand i was big blind and it said that the little blind won the hand and that i went out of the turny in 22nd place i didnt puch the sit out button or go all in or anything like that it just put me out of the turny and took my million i paid to sign in if theres is anyway to be re funded for it that would…
